Empowering Restaurants to Succeed

Our story began in Khobar, in the heart of our own kitchen at Leopardo.

We faced the same daily struggle every restaurant operator knows: scattered paperwork, tangled spreadsheets, and cost figures that never quite matched reality. Living it ourselves, we decided not to wait for a solution from outside — we built our own internal tool, one that costed every recipe more accurately, far faster, and with a flexibility that left traditional spreadsheets well behind.

In time we stopped seeing it as a tool for our own restaurant, and began asking a different question: why keep this to ourselves while most kitchens face the very same challenge?

That is how Milh was born — to turn that tool into a full platform for restaurants and cafés. The moment recipe and cost management was in order, the view widened, and we could see how many separate daily operations still weigh on a restaurant. So we keep building: invoice reading, inventory tracking, and standard operating procedures — with one goal that does not change, smart and simple management from day one.

Our journey is still at the beginning of something bigger, and every conversation with a restaurant owner is a cornerstone of what we build next.
