By accessing or using Milh restaurant management platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Milh provides a cloud-based restaurant management platform that includes point of sale, inventory management, table reservations, analytics, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Price Changes

We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Milh SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Milh and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
